Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at ai.beverlyhathornconsulting.com ("the Site") and purchasing any products or services offered by Beverly Hathorn Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

Products and Services

Beverly Hathorn Consulting offers the following products and services through this Site:

• Webinar Only ($49): Access to one live 90-minute webinar session with 48-hour replay access and an applied quiz.
• Starter Pack ($149): Access to the live webinar with permanent replay, plus downloadable resources (AI Toolkit PDF, Prompt Library, Business AI Audit Worksheet, 30-Day Action Plan, Applied Quiz) and two live Office Hours group sessions.
• Done-With-You ($999): Everything in the Starter Pack, plus three private 1:1 sessions with Beverly Hathorn, a custom AI workflow, 30-day async email support, and optional monthly continuity.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. The optional $49/month continuity add-on for Done-With-You clients is a recurring charge that can be canceled at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Beverly Hathorn Consulting is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of our masterclass. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Attend the live webinar
• Complete the Business AI Audit Worksheet during Module 2
• Write your commitment in the chat during Module 3

If after completing all three steps you cannot identify a single specific AI action for your business within the next 7 days, email Beverly directly at beverly@beverlyhathornconsulting.com for a full refund. No forms, no conditions, no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the live webinar date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, blog articles, downloadable resources, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Beverly Hathorn Consulting and is protected by copyright law.

Purchasers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use downloaded materials for their own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased materials with others. You may not reproduce or republish our content without written permission.

User Content

When you submit information through our contact form or during webinar sessions, you grant us permission to use your questions and feedback to improve our products and services. We will never share your personal information publicly without your explicit consent.
